Hello! My name is Ruth. I'm a veteran, wife to a veteran, mother, grandmother, etc., etc. We all wear a lot of hats!  I've been on a years-long journey of healing. Addiction, mental illness, and well, just life in general, has taught me a lot. I started this business with a heartfelt goal to bring struggling people a safe place to find alternative means of managing their various ailments. 

It is a gift to help others on their journeys to feel better about themselves and their health.
